For the early cladding inspection the inspectors want to see that all the cavity battens and blocks are in place at the right places, that the window support bars are fixed properly, that the cavity closure flashings are in place and have the correct amount of drainage, that the internal and external corner flashings have been installed, and that the example cladding has been fixed with the right fixings (type, size, spacings, etc) as a representation of how you will complete the rest of the building..... The first sheet goes on with the help of Laurie and Guewen.....3 sheets and a window.... time for the early cladding inspection! |
